Marie’s journey with horses began at the age of 11, and her passion for riding has only grown stronger over the years. With extensive experience in outrides and gallops, Marie brings a wealth of knowledge to our farm. Her background is as diverse as it is impressive: she has worked as a translator, doula, midwife, and psychologist.
A few years ago, Marie came to South Africa to volunteer on our farm, and it was love at first sight. Today, she is our dedicated manager, overseeing everything from rides and horses to volunteers. Her unique combination of equestrian passion and psychological expertise allows her to connect with riders of all levels, making everyone feel at ease and ensuring a memorable experience. Marie’s dream has always been to merge her love for horses with showcasing the stunning landscapes she adores.
Fluent in English, German, and Russian, Marie also balances her professional life with being a devoted mother of two.
